Outside Regional Sales Positions
(1) Southern

Job Summary
Responsibilities include all sales activities in assigned accounts and regions, meet targeted number of prospects and new customers on a specified basis, ensure all requests for quotes are completed on time and are properly followed up on, provide quality technical support on all customer technical inquiries, and ensure overall customer and supplier satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Present and sell company products to current and potential clients. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships. Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services. Identify and resolve client concerns. Communicate special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to Vice President of Sales. Other duties as assigned. Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events. Work requires significant travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid state driver’s license. Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.

Attendance
Must maintain regular and consistent attendance in accordance with the Nello attendance policy. Regular and consistent attendance can be defined as working 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, or other determined hours, days, and/or weeks as determined by the direct supervisor or management to meet business objectives. Must be willing and able to work, when required, daily, weekly, or weekend overtime to meet business objectives.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, ability, education, or experience required. Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in business/sales and marketing from a 4 year college or university or equivalent work experience; 5 years sales experience selling directly into the local account base, specifically into at least one of the following verticals: manufacturing, structures, infrastructures, telecommunications, steel or construction; 5+ years of technical sales experience with a history of exceeding quota. Strong technical background and applications understanding of cell towers. Candidates must have an enthusiastic and assertive personality, as well as proven time management and people skills. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
