Sales Coordinator
Description:
Establish a partnership with each member of the Inside Sales Team to allow maximized follow up and selling time, ensure accurate orders, achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, and ultimately be a strong contributor to the achievement of Nello’s sales goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associates and two to five years of relevant experience required.  Computer proficiency in MS Word, Access, Excel and database applications necessary.
Responsibilities:
  • Providing sales and administrative support.
  • Communicating with Inside Sales team for status of quotes and position of sales – follow up.
  • Updating the status of quotes / sales orders in the database or computer.
  • Maintaining an efficient work environment.
  • Preparing proposals, agreements, and sales reports.
  • Assist in the actual quoting process if needed.
  • Assist in the tracking and reporting of active orders – customer activity reports.
  • Confirm and input sales orders with the assistance of Inside Sales Team.
  • Act as a primary customer resource for calls, e-mails, and voice mails when a Sales Team member is out of the office.
  • Updating the quote specific database with all pertinent email correspondence between customer and Nello.
