Description:
Provides administrative support to Utility Sales Department.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Associates and two to five years of relevant experience required.
· Computer proficiency in MS Word, Access, Excel and database applications necessary.
Responsibilities:
· Collect, review, and analyze project data to prepare reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials using various software.
· Prepare and distribute reports or other communications on a regular schedule.
· Maintain files, databases, and archives of relevant records.
· Screen calls and respond to or route routine inquiries from external or internal sources with appropriate correspondence or other messaging.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and other group activities.
· Manage project scheduling, reporting, invoicing, or other routine processes.
· Other duties as needed.
