Wireless Account Manager
Under the direction of the Sales Manager, this position will provide the customer with a focal point of communication. Effectively managing multiple projects from conception through completion, meeting and exceeding client expectations. Coordinate the end use of company products in accordance with customer needs. Assist in planning for business expansion with assigned customers. Maximizing profitability and sales of all Nello products including towers, poles & accessories.
Preferred Bachelors with 4+ years relevant experience or minimum of two years’ experience as a product or sales representative.
Technical experience and knowledge of Microsoft products, as well as other relevant software. Ability to organize and manage multiple, simultaneous priorities.
Strong leadership, problem solving, and planning skills.
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy, while working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
Passion and integrity with the drive to excel and deliver exceptional results.
Manages all aspects of the customer’s relationship including technical support, quoting, and assisting in order logistics.
Maintain accurate and up to date customer information.
Collaborate with all team members to ensure Nello is providing a satisfactory customer experience.
Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of products. Generates reports on sales targets, activity, and other related metrics.
Coordinates customer and prospect meetings and events.
Has detailed knowledge of products and services being offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs.
Support higher-level managers working with larger accounts.
May visit client locations to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing business.
