Description: The Marketing/Social Media Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen the company’s brand presence in the manufacturing industry. This role oversees digital and traditional marketing efforts, manages social media platforms, and develops campaigns that support business objectives, including lead generation, customer engagement, and product awareness. The position requires close collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
· 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in manufacturing, B2B, or industrial sectors.
· Demonstrated experience managing social media channels for a business.
· Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and marketing automation platforms.
· Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Site Visits
Travel to site locations to capture photos and videos. Develop and produce engaging marketing content including posts, graphics, videos, and campaigns to highlight company products, services, and achievements.
Strategic Marketing Initiatives
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company objectives and deliver measurable results.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow the company’s presence across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring consistent messaging and community engagement.
Digital Advertising
Plan and oversee digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.), monitor performance, and optimize for maximum ROI.
Sales Enablement
Collaborate with the Sales team to design targeted campaigns and events that support lead generation and business development goals.
Marketing Collateral
Coordinate the creation of professional marketing materials, such as brochures, case studies, product data sheets, and presentations.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Research industry trends and monitor competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on marketing performance metrics, providing leadership with data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
Events & Trade Shows
Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, industry events, and customer-facing initiatives to strengthen brand presence and relationships.
