Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Clerk to provide essential administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of daily office functions. The ideal candidate will be fluent in using computers and office software, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

M -F 5:00 am - 3:30 pm 
Sat 5:00 am - 1:30 pm

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each of the essential duties and responsibilities satisfactorily. The list below is representative of the knowledge, skill, ability, education and/or experience required.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in office administration or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role, with proven skills in data entry, document preparation, and scheduling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with standard office equipment is essential. Experience coordinating projects, preparing reports, and managing filing systems is highly valued. Bilingual abilities are considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

· Perform accurate and efficient data entry.

· Draft, review, and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.

· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

· Develop and maintain an organized filing system (digital and physical).

· Operate and maintain standard office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers, fax machines).

· Manage and prioritize incoming emails and scheduling using Microsoft Outlook.

· Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for document creation and record-keeping.

· Support project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.

· Handle inquiries and provide general administrative support to staff.

· Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
